so i looked this up on a whim. this shi- is unbelievable. mostly because we can buy it over the counter. but really, i read what it has potential to do. i may take this as a supplement some day.

the part worth noting is section 2, line 1 where it says
“Congress finds that- advances in research and technology have made possible the creation of human-animal hybrids…”
i mean, i would expect that something like that is possible, but i’m still surprised.
